Arrival and destination

The process records supplier, carrier and vehicle and assigns a waiting or loading area. A QR code can provide a map and instructions. Location tracking and permissions must be defined around installation needs.

Package identification

Barcodes, QR codes or RFID identify packages. Mobile terminals and tablets record movements and query information connected to MES. Each receipt and dispatch retains its context.

Packing list and reconciliation

Loading completion is confirmed and a digital packing list generated. During unloading, receipts are checked against the supplier's list. The document does not quantify savings or emissions reductions.
